I’ve just heard of Bob’s passing. My husband and I knew Bob and Dot for many years and enjoyed spending time with them in the community before moving away 10 years ago. So many fond memories, including the annual Hamsters production and summer events at the hall. Wishing many condolences to Dot and all the family. Regards, Pat Payne

The Bob Salter I knew for over 50 years was a unique character that provided most everyone he met with what could be initially mistaken for a “tuff guy” persona
His humour, wit, wisdom and personal connection with all in his community left no doubt that you had made a friend for life.
Bob, you have left an impression on generations. Our sincere condolences to Dot and Family.
