I worked with Garth in the Vernon office and later learned he was my neighbour. I met Garth many days walking his little dog after he was retired. My sincere sympathy goes to his family.

I was happy to have met Garth and have a nice afternoon visit a few weeks before he passed as we learned we were first cousins. I could feel he had a quiet, kind soul. Condolences to his many relatives who will miss him.
