I had the pleasure of knowing this lovely man. When he drove he would come out to our cherry orchard every year on his birthday for some cherries which I gave him for his present. I discovered he was the same age as my dad, and we knew his son from FN. I enjoyed all the stories he told me. When he stopped driving, for several years I would bring him cherries at his care home. The last time was for his 100th birthday. Such a nice man. RIP
