It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Deborah Ann Cloutier of Salmon Arm, Canoe, BC on May 23rd, 2024 at 64 years of age. Deborah is survived by her two children: Ben Cloutier of Logan Lake, BC and Michaella Cloutier of Kamloops, BC. She is also survived by her daughter in law Brittny Cloutier-Stelmack of Logan Lake, BC. Grandchildren: Dreyden Cloutier. Brothers: Rick Cloutier & Dean Bellows. Sister: Katy Cloutier. Predeceased by parents: Roland Cloutier, and Marie Laforge.
Deborah was born on June 30th, 1959, in Salmon Arm, BC and lived in Sicamous from 1985 until 1994, where she moved back to Salmon Arm for good. Deborah was a very kind, generous and giving person that gave the shirt off her back to those in need.
Her one of a kind contagious laugh, and beautiful smile would always light up the room! She always loved flowers and loved making flower arrangements. She also loved her sweets especially her chocolate which matched her sweet personality. She always loved to go thrifting as she was always excited on the new treasures she would find. Deborah was definitely the epitome of a caretaker and always looked after others.
She looked after her father and stepfather as well as her mother until they passed on. Her amazing heart helped others live the best possible life at home.
Deborah worked for several years at “Farmer Al’s Fruit Stand” until Allan’s passing in 2010. “Debbie” leaves behind a dog named Kasper who will miss her and love her very much.
Deborah may not be here physically, but she is spiritually, and will be forever living on through our hearts.

We would like to thank Vincent at Fishers Funeral home for his kindness and his guidance and help during this most difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in our mom’s name to the Children’s Hospital.
I’m so saddened to hear about this. I miss kidnapping Debbie for weekend visits. Such a dear friend and massive loss. Be there for each other Ben and Michaella she treasured you both so much. You are her entirety.
Our mom had the biggest heart anyone could ever imagine. She would give the shirt off her back for us and was so very proud of our achievements. Her one of a kind laugh was so contagious you could pick it out of a crowd of 10,000. Mom loved us so much it felt like she was born with 3 hearts and we are so lucky to have her as a mom! LOVE YOU ALWAYS & FOREVER!
